5 Hour Refresher Course

 for Food Handlers

If you are a Certified Food Manager and your certificate expires within the next three months you’ll want to attend a 5 Hour Refresher Course for Food Handlers. The Macoupin County Public Health Department offers the course quarterly.

This course is designed to meet the license renewal requirements for Certified Food Service Sanitation Managers.  Five continuing education units (CEU’s) are earned.

The course costs $40.00.   See below for dates and locations of courses being offered for 2007 or download the registration form . Mail the registration form and fee to the Macoupin County Public Health Department at least two weeks prior to the start of the course.
