15 Hour Certified Food Managers Course

The 15 hour food safety course focuses on the required food temperatures, personal hygiene, and safe food handling practices. A certified food manager is required at Class II and Class III food establishments, though anyone is eligible to take the course.

This course is designed to meet the license requirements for Certified Food Service Sanitation Managers in the State of Illinois. 

The course costs $95.00.   See below for dates and locations of courses being offered in 2007 or download the registration form .   Mail the registration form and fee to the Macoupin County Public Health Department at least two weeks prior to the start of the course.
